The wearable in bra breast pumps that I purchased from Relievoo have been a game changer. I have been able to express on the go and even infront of family and strangers, I've even took the bus and gone to appointments, I even did a driving lesson with them on. Im only 3 and a half weeks in and my milk supply is well established now and I have been able to completely get rid of formula from 3-4days old and now having a considerable stash in the freezer and fridge of milk ready to use. All whilst still feeding my little one at each feed. Im an exclusively expressed breast milk mama. As my lil one hasn't latched since using bottles in hospital. Pumps are great for wearables they pretty much empty me out which is great. Pumps took a bit to arrive but every time I emails I got a quick response from the customer service team.
The product was delayed, but the team’s prompt support was exceptional. A special shout-out to Sarah, who provided clear information, acted quickly, and resolved the issue efficiently. I received my product within just two days after she addressed it. Her support truly deserves a special mention! Used the product great addition to make breast feeding easier

It has been extremely difficult to get in touch with your customer service team. The phone number provided on your website appears to be inactive, leaving email as the only way to obtain an update. I placed my order on 23 August, and today is 7 September. I have been following up regularly regarding the delivery, but the only way to receive an update is via email, where responses are taking an average of at least 6 hours. What is particularly concerning is that your website currently shows the order as delivered, even though I have not received it. Your customer service team has also confirmed via email that there is a glitch on the website, which is causing the incorrect delivery status to be displayed. The overall customer service experience has been very disappointing. I have repeatedly been given assurances that the order will be delivered soon, but there has been no clear resolution or accountability. At this stage, I would really appreciate a clear and honest update confirming whether my order will actually be delivered, and if so, when I can realistically expect to receive it. I would prefer a definite answer rather than another assurance that it will be delivered “soon.” Please look into this urgently and provide a clear resolution.
